When writing The Worry Dragon, I always knew that I wanted the children to be able to recieve the same magical Worry Kit as Dragon does within the storybook.

In traditional and modern times, worry dolls were given to anxious, sorrowful children.
The child would tell the doll about their fears and worries, then hide it under their pillow before going to sleep at night and by the next morning, it was said that all sorrows and fears were taken away by the worry doll and that the they awoke feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
