Is your child struggling to manage their negative thoughts?

The world can seem like a very big scary place when you're the smallest of humans, especially since the past 3 years.

So many children have been left burdened and overwhelmed  with anxieties and grown up worries.

We tend to, as a collective, mainly focus on the physical and material aspects of life and the spiritual, nurturing and understanding yourself  doesn't get anywhere near the focus and attention it should especially within  the mainstream school settings.

So how do we prove our negative thoughts wrong?

We learn to better understand the minds breakdown process.

The best way to explain this technique is to firstly share the negative thought, prove it wrong and then move on from it.

The magic happens in the 'proving the negative thought wrong' stage as it builds up confirmation that their initial negative thought didn't amount to the problem they had  originally foreseen, making them feel more in control of  their thoughts and less consumed by the fear of them.

I have learned that people start to heal, the moment that they feel heard.

The Worry Dragon was created to be used as a tool that encourages conversations surrounding negative thoughts and emotions, on a foundation level of early learning.
